What's the easiest way to rent a game from you, and what key things should I know about how rentals work?
Each rental comes with a contract and easy-to-read operating instructions. The contract will include a reservation deposit and cancellation policy. A $50 deposit is required for each rental, which will go towards your final payment. We offer 10% discounts for cash payments and also 10% discounts for reservations of two or more items.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my rental?
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup or delivery. There is a minimum fee of $20 for us to deliver and/or pickup. Renters can pick up and return items for free if they choose to. All items must be returned within 1 hr. after the scheduled event has ended.
Are there any important rules or safety tips that people should follow when using your games?
Every item must be returned in the condition it was received, including all attachments. Leftover food supplies are left up to the discretion of the renter. All games and concession machines should be used according to directions.
What should customers know about how to take care of your games during their event?
All games and concession machines should be supervised by adults and parents over 21 years of age at all times. Please ensure items are used as instructed and kept safe from damage. Any and all rented items should be cleaned and returned according to instructions.
If the client wishes to have a representative of Family Field Day Rentals to remain on site for the duration of the event for setup, navigation, or helpful instructional hand, there is a 2hr minimum of $40, and $15/hr. after that.
